Brad Lichtenberger

Brad Lichtenberger has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the operations and manufacturing sectors. Most recently, they served as the Director of Operations at PHD, Inc. starting in March 2022. Prior to that, they were the Operations Manager at PHD, Inc. from August 2021 to March 2022. From 2016 to 2021, they worked as the VP of Manufacturing at Braun Ambulances. Brad also held the position of Vice President of Operations at Smith Brothers of Berne from 2011 to 2016, VP of Operations at Gast Mfg from 2010 to 2011, and Operations/BU Manager at Parker Hannifin from 1999 to 2009. Earlier in their career, they served as the Director of Engineering HCOE at Eaton Corporation from 1997 to 2001, Director of Engineering HCOE at Eaton - Aeroquip Corporation from 1985 to 2001, and held various roles at Aeroquip Corp from 1985 to 1997.

Brad Lichtenberger attended Purdue University from 1981 to 1985, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology. Following this, in 1980 to 1987, they attended Valparaiso High School. Later in 2007, Brad enrolled in the Executive Management Program at Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business to further their knowledge in Business.
