Thu Trang has worked in various roles since 2019. Thu has held the position of Warehouse Operator at SC Logistics since 2019, Information Technology Consultant at FPT Information System since 2020, Social Media Ambassador at Young Publisher House since 2021, and Sales Specialist at MISA SOFTWARE since 2021. Thu is currently working as a Business Development Specialist at Phenikaa MaaS.

Thu Trang attended Rangsit University in 2019, studying Management Information Systems, General. Thu then obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems and Services from the University of Economics and Law. In 2021, they obtained a certification in Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google Digital Garage.
