Sam Organ has over 20 years of work experience in the technology industry. Sam most recently worked as a tech ops at Phenix Real Time Solutions, where they supported customer set-up and systems utilizing WebRTC for real-time and HLS/DASH for low latency/VOD. Prior to that, they spent 13 years at Harmonic, where they held various roles such as Principle Engineer in the Cloud Solutions Delivery team, Software Systems Service and Support, Cloud Support Engineer, and Multiscreen Systems Lead in the Global TAC Services and Support. During their time at Harmonic, they worked on deploying proof of concept and production systems, providing configuration guidance, and supporting customers using VOS Cloud for video delivery. Before joining Harmonic, Sam worked at NDS as a Digital TV and CAS Engineer at Sky, responsible for delivering changes to Sky Broadcasting. Sam also has experience as a Senior IT Analyst at T-Mobile. Sam has expertise in technologies such as K8s, Ansible AWX, Private and Public Cloud, AWS, Azure, NMX management system, and MediaGrid.
