Gaurabh Mathure is a seasoned design and product leader with extensive experience in creating innovative solutions and enhancing user experiences. Currently serving as Director of Product Experience at Phenom, Gaurabh focuses on new innovations and early products following the company's acquisition. As a mentor at First Round Fast Track and curator for Also, Gaurabh supports ambitious business owners by fostering networking and growth opportunities. Previously, Gaurabh co-founded Tydy and held the position of Chief Product Officer, where the role involved evolving the company’s offerings to improve employee experiences through data-driven insights. Gaurabh’s career also includes significant roles at R/GA, where leadership encompassed creative direction on high-profile projects for brands such as Samsung and Nike, along with consulting roles in product design for various companies.
