Heather Klinger

Heather Klinger is currently working as a Certification Manager at Phenom since January 2022. Prior to this, Heather held various roles at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools from August 2012 to January 2022, including District Curriculum Coordinator, Digital eLearning Specialist, Academic Facilitator, and Teacher. In these positions, Heather led the implementation of Pre-k-12 curriculum and instructional programs for 29 schools, supported and coached school-based leaders, analyzed data patterns, built relationships, and improved school improvement team compliance.
