Nancy Gray-Starkebaum

Nancy Gray-Starkebaum has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and customer success. Nancy currently holds the position of VP Strategy & Innovation Readiness at Phenom, where they also previously served as the Vice President Client Value Realization. Nancy has also held the role of Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition, leading a team of professionals across different regions. Prior to joining Phenom, they started and grew the International Customer Success team. Earlier in their career, Nancy worked as the Associate Vice-President of Talent Acquisition at Canadian Tire, where they implemented systems and tools to improve the recruitment process. Nancy also worked at Research in Motion (RIM) as a Sr. Manager, focusing on process optimization and technology development. Nancy has experience as a Sr. Project Manager at Futurestep and served as a Business Owner for two years. Earlier in their career, they led recruiting at Electronic Arts and Business Objects.

Nancy Gray-Starkebaum has a Hons BA in Phys Ed from Western University. Nancy also completed an MBA from the University of Windsor and participated in an exchange program at Victoria University, studying Phys Ed. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Phenom People Certified Recruiter from Phenom People.
