Robert Botman

Robert Botman has a diverse work experience in finance and operations management roles. Robert is currently serving as the Senior Director Finance EMEA at Phenom since June 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Finance EMEA at the same company from December 2020 to June 2023. From October 2017 to December 2020, they worked as the COO/CFO at Endouble, where they had broad experience in operations management for an IT company. Before that, from February 2014 to September 2017, they served as the Operations Manager at Endouble, responsible for managing the operations team and administration of the company. Prior to these roles, they worked as the Project Manager Online at Netwerven.nl, creating and managing various online campaigns for well-known companies. In their earlier career, they worked at ClearSense as the SEA Teamleader and Senior Search Specialist, where they coached a team of SEA specialists and shared their knowledge within the company.
