Jennifer Brown, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, ACC has over 30 years of experience in organizational development, leadership coaching and training, HR management, and change transformation. Jennifer started their career as an HR Director at Pherson Associates, where they established the HR function and implemented talent attraction and retention, rewards and recognition, and employee engagement strategies. Jennifer also worked at Freddie Mac, where they held various HR executive leadership roles and was responsible for assessing HR and organizational development needs. At Freddie Mac, they also established a centralized recruiting function and led an organizational effectiveness effort. Jennifer later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HR and Organizational Development from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business, completing their studies from 1994 to 1998.

In addition to their formal education, Jennifer has obtained several certifications throughout their career. Jennifer earned the title of Senior Human Resources Professional (SPHR) from SHRM in December 2015.
