Jennifer Brown, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, ACC

Jennifer Brown, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, ACC has over 30 years of experience in organizational development, leadership coaching and training, HR management, and change transformation. Jennifer started their career as an HR Director at Pherson Associates, where they established the HR function and implemented talent attraction and retention, rewards and recognition, and employee engagement strategies. Jennifer also worked at Freddie Mac, where they held various HR executive leadership roles and was responsible for assessing HR and organizational development needs. At Freddie Mac, they also established a centralized recruiting function and led an organizational effectiveness effort. Jennifer is currently the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Successful Culture International, where they help organizations develop their culture through the Culture Development Lifecycle™ and supports leaders in reaching their maximum potential. Prior to their work at Pherson Associates and Freddie Mac, they gained consulting experience at Andersen Consulting (Accenture) as a Senior and Staff Consultant.

Jennifer Brown earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Personnel and Labor Relations from the University of Maryland, where they studied from 1985 to 1989. Jennifer later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HR and Organizational Development from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business, completing their studies from 1994 to 1998.

In addition to their formal education, Jennifer has obtained several certifications throughout their career.
