Maria Costella, MBA, CCP, PHR has extensive experience in human resources and has held various leadership roles throughout their career. Maria is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer and Chief Foundation Officer at PHI Air Medical. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the organization's human resources functions and leading the philanthropic efforts.

Prior to this, Maria worked as the Director of Human Resources at PHI Air Medical Group, where they played a key role in developing and implementing HR practices and objectives.
