Ashley Lunsford's work experience includes:

- Real Estate Tax Intern at KSM (Katz, Sapper & Miller) starting in May 2023.

- Mentor at Mentor Collective, providing guidance and support to college students, starting in August 2022.

- President of Phi Eta Sigma National Honor Society, Inc. starting in August 2022.

- General Delegate at Kelley Student Government, representing undergraduate students of the Kelley School of Business and overseeing initiatives and policies.

- Chief Financial Officer at Women & Co., responsible for budget management, fundraising, and financial planning.

- Member of Beta Alpha Psi, a professional organization for finance and accounting students.

- President and VP of Internal Affairs at Union Street Center Student Government, leading the executive council, promoting engagement, and managing the budget for residence hall events and programming at Indiana University.

Ashley Lunsford completed their high school education from Westfield High School, where they obtained a High School Diploma in the field of Core 40 with Academic and Technical Honors. Following that, they enrolled in Indiana University - Kelley School of Business in 2021 to pursue a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting and International Business, which they are expected to complete in 2025.

During their time at university, Ashley also participated in additional educational programs. In 2022, they attended the Kelley in Oxford Summer Program at the University of Oxford, where they studied Cross-Cultural Management. Additionally, they completed the Bachelor European Summer Program at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management in the same year, focusing on The Business, Political, and Cultural Environment in Europe.

Ashley has also obtained several certifications to further enhance their education and skills. In 2021, they became a lifetime member of Beta Alpha Psi International (BAP), an honor society for accounting, finance, and information systems students. Ashley also completed the Student Success Mentor Training from Mentor Collective in August 2022. Furthermore, they obtained certifications in Developing a Learning Mindset and Interpersonal Communication from LinkedIn in June 2023.
