Jacob Foster has a diverse work experience which includes various roles and responsibilities. Jacob started their career at QGenda as an HR/Talent Acquisition Intern, where they managed full-cycle recruiting and built an Excel database for tracking onboarding tasks. Jacob also worked as a Sales Operations Intern at the same company.

In 2020, Jacob became the President and Co-Founder of Smile Senders, where they successfully managed a group of students and led the creation and operation of a business. Jacob formed strategic partnerships with local businesses and achieved notable recognition in Junior Achievement competitions.

Jacob has also held leadership positions at UCF Phi Eta Sigma, serving as the Secretary and later becoming the President. At Phi Eta Sigma National Honor Society, Inc., they served as the Chair and Director of Recruiting for the Southeast Region.

More recently, Jacob gained experience at Universal Orlando Resort as an Attractions Attendant for VelociCoaster, focusing on team member satisfaction, efficient and safe operation of the ride, and providing exceptional guest service. Jacob also served as a member of the Team Member Satisfaction (TSAT) Committee.

Additionally, they completed an internship at The American Pavilion at the Cannes Film Festival, where they gained experience in hospitality and event management.

Jacob Foster undertook a Bachelor of Science degree in Theme Park and Attraction Management at the University of Central Florida – Rosen College of Hospitality Management, starting in 2021 and completing in 2025.

Simultaneously, Jacob pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management at UCF College of Business, also starting in 2021 and ending in 2025.

In 2021, Jacob earned a Certificate in Human Resources from the University of Central Florida.

Prior to their university studies, Jacob obtained an Associate of Arts degree from the University of Central Florida from 2021 to 2022.

Before attending the University of Central Florida, Jacob enrolled in a Dual Enrollment program at Broward College from 2020 to 2021.

Jacob completed their high school education at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, earning a High School Diploma from 2017 to 2021.
