Kirat Fowler

Kirat Fowler has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Starting in 2006, they interned at the U.S. Attorney's Office before taking on administrative assistant positions at RockView and SRA International. In 2010, Kirat joined The Washington Center as an Internship Coordinator, Student J-1 Visa Coordinator, and Program Advisor. They later became a Cyber Security Analyst and Analyst at SRA International. From there, Kirat worked at Delta Risk LLC as a Senior Analyst and at Intercom Federal Systems Corporation as a Senior Business Communications Specialist. In 2017, they became a Communications Specialist for External Reporting and IT Governance at SC3. Currently, Kirat is employed at phia, LLC, where they have held roles such as Cyber Operational Planning & Policy Analyst, Deputy PM, and Program Manager. They are continuing to build a career in the field of cybersecurity.

Kirat Fowler has a Master's degree in Cybersecurity from Marymount University, which was obtained from 2018 to 2022. Prior to that, Kirat earned a Certificate in General Forensic Investigations from Northern Virginia Community College, studying from 2011 to 2013. Kirat's undergraduate education includes a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science from Seton Hall University, completed from 2004 to 2008.

Additionally, Kirat has obtained certifications such as Security+ from CompTIA in July 2013.
