Gabriela Phillips

Gabriela Phillips is an experienced biotechnology professional currently serving as the Biotechnology Research Operations Manager at Phibro Animal Health and as the Founder and Consultant of ABC microbio. With a rich background in process development and fermentation, Gabriela has held key roles including Process Development Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific and Arranta Bio, where responsibilities included leading bacterial fermentation processes and optimizing cryopreservative formulations. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Scientist at Brammer Bio and Biological Scientist at Oragenics, along with extensive academic involvement as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Santa Fe College and research roles at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the University of Florida. Gabriela holds a PhD and a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and Cell Science from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance/Management from Ecological University, Bucharest.
