Shyam Patel

Shyam Patel has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Shyam started their career as a Business Development Intern at Navinata Health in 2015 and later became an Associate Director of Operations there. In 2018, they joined ZS as an Associate Consultant, specializing in Strategy Insights & Planning for Growth Marketing. In 2021, they worked as a Senior Consultant at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis before moving on to G2 as a Revenue Strategy and Analytics Manager in 2022. Currently, Shyam is serving as the Director of Client Optimization at Phil, Inc. since 2024. Overall, they have demonstrated expertise in operations, strategy, and analytics throughout their career.

Shyam Patel obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics & Cell Biology and Neuroscience from Rutgers University, completing this program from 2009 to 2013. Later, from 2014 to 2015, they pursued a Masters of Biomedical Science degree at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. In 2021, Shyam Patel also obtained a certification as a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci.
