Alexa Lee is the current Member Services Account Manager at the Philadelphia 76ers. Prior to that, they were with the Atlanta Hawks as a Membership Associate from July 2018 to April 2019. There, they were responsible for making outbound sales calls to generate new revenue, maintaining records of sales prospecting and customer conversations within the CRM, and selling a full menu of ticket products for the Atlanta Hawks via phone or face-to-face presentations. Alexa also set and completed out-of-office sales appointments as well as conducted in-arena appointments to close new business.
Before their time with the Hawks, Alexa was an intern with Make-A-Wish Georgia from May 2017 to August 2017 where they were responsible for planning and creating social media content on multiple platforms. Alexa also collaborated with 5 other departments in order to meet their marketing needs, produced content used to share the story of the organization to potential and existing sponsors, created a social media plan for the upcoming fiscal year, and exhibited creative storytelling methods to provide wish stories to fundraisers.
They are on a team with Robert Nicholson - Senior Member Services Account Manager, Keith Griffith - Member Services Account Manager, and Daniel Carrick - Senior Manager, Member Services. Alexa Lee reports to Michael Drobnick, Senior Director, Member Services.
