Catrina Peeples

Catrina Peeples has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Catrina began their career as a Senior Payroll Specialist at Jevic Transportation in 1995 and worked there until 1999. Catrina then joined David's Bridal as an Employee Information Coordinator from 2000 to 2008. After that, they transitioned to American Water and held various roles, including HR/Payroll Specialist from 2008 to 2013 and HR Services Representative from 2013 to 2016. Currently, they are employed at Philadelphia FIGHT, where they have taken on multiple roles such as HRIS/Benefits Administrator from 2016 to 2018, Human Resources Operations Manager from 2018 to 2022, Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from 2022 to 2022, Human Resources Director from 2022 to present, and Chief Human Resources Officer starting in 2023.

Catrina Peeples earned their Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Burlington County College from 2009 to 2013. From 2013 to 2016, they pursued their Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management at Wilmington University. Catrina then completed their Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at Wilmington University from 2017 to 2019.
