Florian Teme has extensive work experience in the marketing, sales, and energy planning field. Florian began their career at Independence Blue Cross as an eCommerce Intern and Quality Assurance Consultant in 2002. In 2003, Florian joined Philadelphia Gas Works and held various positions, including Technical Project Administrator, Supply Analyst, Project Manager, Manager of Controls and Analytics, Manager of Residential and Commercial Sales and Marketing, Director of Marketing and Sales, and most recently, Vice President of Marketing, Sales, and Energy Planning. Florian's roles at Philadelphia Gas Works span from 2003 to the present.

Florian Teme studied at the Fox School of Business at Temple University from 1998 to 2003, earning a BBA in Management Information Systems. In 2004-2005, they attended Penn State University for an Oracle Certificate Program. In 2007, Florian obtained their MBA with a focus on Business Intelligence and Six Sigma from the Saint Joseph's University - Erivan K. Haub School of Business. Additionally, they briefly attended Villanova University in 2007 for Project Management. Most recently, Florian pursued a Fellowship in Leading for Change at Drexel University, which ended in 2019.
