Maryanne Strobel has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Maryanne worked as the Director of Strategic Initiatives at Philadelphia Gas Works from 1997 onwards. Prior to that, they were the Manager of Communications & Government Relations at Air Products and Chemicals in 1996. Maryanne also served as the Director of Government Relations at The Marcus Group from 1994 to 1996. Before that, they were appointed as the Confidential Assistant to the Regional Administrator at the U.S. General Services Administration, Region 3 from 1991 to 1993. Maryanne worked as the Assistant Manager for Public Affairs at Chevron's Eastern Regional Office from 1984 to 1990. Maryanne Strobel has also held positions at the U.S. Department of Energy, U.S. Department of Labor, The White House during the Reagan administration, the Office of the President-Elect, and Reagan-Bush National Campaign Headquarters.

Maryanne Strobel attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1976 to 1980, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree in Psychology and Business.
