Kayla Taylor has a diverse work experience. kayla started their career as an Assistant Sales Manager at Rita's Italian Ice from March 2016 to September 2019. kayla then worked as a youth coach for the Philadelphia Union since June 2020. In 2022, they interned at Montgomery County Adult Probation from May to July. Currently, they are an intern at MVP Recovery LLC starting from 2023.

Kayla Taylor completed their education at Abington Senior High School from 2015 to 2019. Following that, they attended Widener University from 2019 to 2023, where they obtained a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology. Continuing their education, they pursued a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree at Widener University from 2023 to 2025.
