Jenny Lorenzo, SPHR, has a comprehensive work experience in talent acquisition and management. Jenny currently holds the position of Director, Talent at both NantHealth and The OpenNMS Group. Prior to their current roles, they worked as the Co-Chair of the Hospitality & Entertainment Industry Partnership at Philadelphia Works, Inc. Jenny also served as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Lassonde Pappas & Company, Inc., where they were responsible for overseeing the recruitment process.

Before that, Jenny worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, taking on the role of a Professional Recruiter & OFCCP Compliance Specialist. Jenny also held the position of Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition at Spectra, where they led the organization's talent acquisition efforts and managed full lifecycle recruitment.

Earlier in their career, Jenny served as the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at The Omni Homestead, where they were responsible for recruitment at both the exempt and non-exempt levels. Jenny established standard operating procedures for the recruitment process and maintained partnerships with universities and organizations for talent pipeline development.

Jenny's work experience also includes roles at Vail Resorts. As an HR Generalist, they managed the recruitment process for summer seasonal resorts and ensured compliance with ISO 9001 standards. In their role as a Talent Acquisition Supervisor, they led a high-performing team supporting multiple mountain resorts and hired a large number of seasonal food and beverage and culinary team members. Jenny also served as a Talent Acquisition Guide during their early years at Vail Resorts.

Jenny Lorenzo, SPHR, obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from Penn State University, where they studied from 2007 to 2012. Furthermore, they have obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in July 2021.
