Nichol Wilkins

Nichol Wilkins has over 20 years of work experience, primarily in the field of workforce development and career services. Nichol began their career in 1999 at the Philadelphia Workforce Development Corporation, where they held various roles including Recruitment Specialist, Job Order Clerk, and eventually Project Manager. In 2012, they joined JobWorks Incorporated as a Business Service Representative before transitioning to a Case Manager role at Jobworks Incorporated / PA CareerLink North in 2015. Later that year, they joined SER Metro / PA CareerLink West as a Workforce Advisor. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as a Validation Specialist/Job Developer at JEVS Human Services / PA CareerLink Suburban Station.
