Shirlina Knight currently serves as the Business Engagement Coordinator at the Philadelphia Youth Network since October 2022, having previously held roles as Sr Youth Payroll Coordinator and Project Assistant. Prior to this position, Shirlina worked at the Livengrin Foundation from January 2019 to October 2022 as an Assistant. Shirlina also has extensive experience as an Independent Business Owner with ACN from March 2014 to October 2022, focusing on helping families achieve personal and financial growth. Earlier in the career, Shirlina was employed by the American Red Cross from May 2008 to March 2012 in various roles including One on One Instructor, Donor Care Specialist, and Donor Care and Qualification Specialist, where responsibilities included training staff, managing donor complications, and maintaining compliance with regulations. Shirlina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Technical Management from DeVry University, and is a graduate of Central High School (1995).
