Reilly O'Hara has held a variety of roles in the hospitality and service industry since 2014. Starting as a Hostess at The Keg Steakhouse + Bar, Reilly then moved to a Guest Services Intern at Sky Ranch in 2017. In 2018, Reilly became a Hospitality Intern at Wyndham Destinations, followed by a Food and Beverage Voyager at Marriott International in 2019. In 2021, Reilly took on the role of Convention Services and Catering Manager at the Marriott Tulsa Hotel Southern Hills, and in 2020, they became an Administrative Assistant and a Front Of House Manager at Andolini's Pizzeria. Reilly is currently a Special Events Manager at Philbrook Museum of Art.

Reilly O'Hara graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management. In April 2020, they obtained the ServSafe Alcohol certification from ServSafe Certified.
