Colin Sinclair

Colin Sinclair is an experienced regulatory and product policy professional with a strong background in the tobacco and nicotine industry. Currently serving as Senior Manager Product Policy at Philip Morris International since January 2023, Colin channels expertise into developing strategies for technical regulatory and policy advancements. Previous roles include Senior Manager International Regulatory Affairs at Juul Labs and various management positions at Japan Tobacco International, including Regulations and EHS Manager, where Colin coordinated standardization efforts for Reduced Risk Products. Earlier experience at Gallaher Limited involved leadership in toxicology and ingredients management projects. Colin holds a PhD in Biochemistry from the University of St Andrews, acquired between 1994 and 2002.
