Patricia Kastner

Patricia Kastner is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in service design and project management, currently serving as Head of Integrated Multi-Category Strategy and Head of Project Management Office at Philip Morris International since September 2017. Kastner's previous roles include Service Designer, Manager B2C Service Strategy Design, Manager Service Solution Design in Customer Care, and Manager Sales and Service Operations RRP, all focused on enhancing customer experiences and service operations. Prior to Philip Morris, Kastner worked as a Consultant at Barkawi Management Consultants, co-founded the social initiative Generation Accommodation with Enactus, and completed an internship at Irish Distillers while pursuing a Master of Science in Supply Chain Management at University College Dublin. Additionally, Kastner has a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg and experience in diverse roles, including project management at IBM.
