Sandeep Poddar

Sandeep Poddar currently serves as the Global Head of Record to Report and India Site Lead at Philip Morris International, focusing on global shared services strategy and delivery operations. Prior experience includes leadership roles at AkzoNobel, where Sandeep was responsible for a digital business service and the establishment of a new GBS Centre in Malaysia, and in various capacities at Vodafone, leading shared services transformation and finance operations. Sandeep also held management positions at McKinsey & Company, J.P. Morgan, and Hewlett-Packard, with a foundation in financial planning and analysis from GENPACT. Educational qualifications include postgraduate degrees from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
