Vinudas Akde is a seasoned professional in Human Resources with a focus on people and culture leadership. Currently serving as the North America People & Culture Leader at Philip Morris International, Vinudas has previously held the position of Associate Director of Human Resources at Synechron and worked as a Human Resource Executive at Indian Magic Eye. Vinudas holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from the Department of Management Sciences (PUMBA) at Savitribai Phule Pune University and completed the Program for Leadership Development in Organizational Leadership at Harvard Business School in 2021.
