Joan Guenevere Dumdum

Joan Guenevere Dumdum is the Manager of Talent Development at Philippine Airlines. She leads the design and execution of enterprise-wide learning and development strategies, including leadership programs, PAL DNA capability building, and employee engagement through continuous learning.

She spearheaded the launch of PAL Multiversity, the airline’s corporate learning ecosystem, and led the integration of LinkedIn Learning, enabling over 6,000 employees to access global learning resources. She also implemented the 70-20-10 learning framework to support structured, experience-based employee development. Her work in talent development has contributed to PAL’s recognition as a 2024 LinkedIn Learning Champion finalist.

Before transitioning into learning and development, Guen built a strong foundation in recruitment. She held key roles in BusinessTrends Philippines, Universal Robina Corporation, and JobStreet Select, where she led high-volume hiring, account and client management, recruiter training, and candidate development across BPO, sales, and corporate functions.

Joan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Major in Guidance and Counseling from Philippine Women’s University, where she also served as Student Council President and student publication writer.
