Karen Nicole Monterde

Karen Nicole Monterde has extensive experience in operations and planning within the retail and service sectors. Currently serving as the Regional Planning and Support Section Manager at Philippine Seven Corporation since July 2015, Monterde oversees the implementation of operational plans and procedures related to store operations. Previous positions include Regional Planning and Support Team Leader and Regional Support Supervisor, where Monterde managed diverse activities in the Mindanao Regional Business Unit, focusing on supply chain and store development. In addition, Monterde has worked as an Operations Coordinator at The Human Reach since December 2020, and has held roles at RareJob Philippines Inc. as an English Tutor, as well as an intern at Security Bank Corporation and a Radio Disc Jockey at 94.7 Blue Knight FM. Monterde holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from Ateneo de Davao University.
