Haijo Kampinga

Haijo Kampinga is an experienced executive with a strong background in spend management and strategic consulting. Currently serving as Vice President of Spend Management and Global Cluster Strategy Lead for Industrial, Logistics & Real Estate at Philips, Haijo is responsible for executing strategies for a €2bn spend portfolio while ensuring alignment between business needs and supplier capabilities. Prior to this role, Haijo held various leadership positions at KPMG Nederland, including Partner in Advisory services, where responsibilities included driving growth for major global clients in the Oil & Gas and Life Sciences sectors. Haijo's career also includes significant roles in procurement and supply chain at Daimler AG and project management at Mercedes-Benz USA. Educational achievements include an MSc in Management & Organisation focused on Entrepreneurship from the University of Groningen and a BSc in Industrial Management from Windesheim.
