Rien van Leeuwen

Rien van Leeuwen is a seasoned Senior Scientist with extensive experience in algorithm development for image analysis applications, primarily within the healthcare sector, at Philips since March 2006. Previously, Rien served as a Senior Scientist at Philips Applied Technologies, focusing on industrial vision applications and developing algorithms for robust line fitting, object recognition, and quality inspection. Rien holds a PhD in Informatics - Computer Science from the University of Amsterdam and a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology.
