Thejaswini Ramachandra

Thejaswini Ramachandra is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and product management. Currently serving as a Senior Director of Software Engineering at Philips since November 2022, Thejaswini previously held multiple roles at IBM from June 2011 to October 2022, including Tech Director for the IBM Public Cloud, where responsibilities included managing deliverables for key regulated clients, and leading product management initiatives for developer services on IBM Cloud. Earlier positions at IBM included Senior Product Manager for the IBM MobileFirst Platform Foundation and Software Engineer focused on IBM middleware product development. Thejaswini began the professional journey at IBM Research between 2000 and 2011. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Strategy and Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Siddaganga Institute of Technology, Bangalore University.
