Weston Lee

Weston Lee is a Senior R&D Manager at Philips, where they manage a team of engineers across multiple projects and disciplines. With a strong background in R&D engineering, Weston has experience in the design and development of single-use disposable products and capital equipment. Previously, they worked as a Senior R&D Engineer at Spectranetics, overseeing mechanical design and validation efforts, and they began their career as a ranch hand at Shamrock Ranch. Weston holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University, where they studied energy systems, physics, mathematics, statics, and CAD.
