Joshua Gardner

Joshua Gardner possesses extensive experience in environmental management and compliance within the refining and consulting industries. Currently serving as the Environmental Team Lead and Refining Environmental Programs Lead at Phillips 66 since September 2018, Joshua engages with refineries on a range of environmental initiatives including air permitting and greenhouse gas reporting, while also leading multiple environmental networks. Previously, as a Managing Consultant at Trinity Consultants from June 2010 to August 2018, Joshua managed projects related to air quality permitting, emissions inventories, and compliance with environmental regulations. Joshua began their career with a tenure as an Undergraduate Researcher at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, focusing on leadership and organizational behavior, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from the same institution.
