Tommy Webster joined P&J in 2014 and oversees the company’s disaster response operations. He has 15 years of hands-on experience in emergency management planning, disaster response and recovery, and environmental health hazards associated with natural disasters. As the general contractor in charge of the first Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Hazard Mitigation program in the United States, Tommy has worked directly with FEMA, state and local governments, and departments of transportation to provide post-event debris management services and develop pre-disaster preparedness plans and administer response and recovery training. He has responded to natural disasters of all types, from hurricanes and ice storms, to flood events and wildfires, so he’s ready when the worst happens, whatever form it takes.
