Ayah al-Zubi

Ayah Al-Zubi is the Co-Founder and President of Harvard Undergraduate Sports Lab, where Ayah combines sports with innovation, research, and collaboration for catalytic change. Ayah also serves as the President of Harvard's Global Education Movement and is the Founder and Director of Impowera at 3SISTERS FOUNDATION. With a background in organizational psychology research and experience in developing teen leadership curriculum, Ayah is dedicated to empowering minority female youth, particularly through the sport of basketball. Additionally, Ayah has taught courses on Sports Movements and Justice, and led afterschool basketball programs to make a positive impact in their community.
