Jaydeep Patil is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and operations management, currently serving as Unit Head at PCBL Limited since August 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing three plants and 450 team members, focusing on the manufacturing of Carbon Black and Captive Power Plant operations. Prior experience includes positions as Head of Manufacturing and Senior General Manager at Deepak Fertilizers, managing multiple units and improving overall productivity, efficiency, and quality. Jaydeep began a career in the field at Deepak Fertilisers And Petrochemicals Corp. Ltd., progressing from Shift Incharge to Head of Production. Additionally, experience as a Project Manager at Shradhha Industries involved overseeing the execution of multiple interior design projects. Jaydeep holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Bharati Vidyapeeth.
