Dean Delbaugh

Dean Delbaugh has worked for four companies in the past decade. In 2021, they began working as a Quality Manager for Phillips Connect. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as an Electronics Manufacturing Manager for Phillips Connect Technologies. From 2017 to 2018, they were a Quality Manager for TOCA Football, where they were responsible for developing and implementing the company's quality assurance and improvement program. From 2010 to 2017, they were Manager Manufacturing and Manufacturing Supervisor for Spireon, Inc., where they were primarily responsible for managing the day to day operation in the Fleet Services manufacturing and shipping departments.

Dean Delbaugh has attended Lean Partners, where they studied Kaisen Methodology/Six Sigma, and Brandman University, where they earned a Project Management II degree. Dean also holds a Project Management II certification from Brandman University - Chapman University System.
