James Bold

James Bold has a strong background in leasing and property management. James began their career as a Leasing Agent and Mall Manager at Goodale & Barbieri Company in 1993, where they worked until 1995. James then joined Regency Centers in 1996, where they focused on Leasing, Asset, and Property Management until 2004. In 2004, they joined DDR Corp. as the Senior Vice President of Leasing - Southeast, responsible for leasing efforts in multiple states. James successfully led the most productive leasing team in the company for 10 years, leasing properties totaling over 30 million square feet.
