Leah Brown, CCP has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Leah began their career at Deloitte in 2000 as a Senior Consultant, specializing in Employee Benefits Tax. In 2004, they joined Fifth Third Bank as a Wealth Planning Analyst and later became a Compensation Analyst. In 2008, Leah worked as a Global Compensation Analyst at Kao Brands. Leah then transitioned to Medpace in 2010, where they served as a Manager of Compensation and Benefits until 2015. Since then, Leah has been with Phillips Edison & Company, initially as the Director of Compensation and Benefits, then as Associate Vice President of Compensation & Benefits, and currently as the Vice President of Total Rewards.
