Nicholas C. Roberts

Nick concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial and employment litigation. He is a seasoned litigator who has represented individuals, small businesses and major corporations in a wide range of matters including breaches of contract, business torts, restrictive covenants, employment discrimination, civil rights litigation, real estate litigation, class actions, personal injuries, regulatory proceedings, and many others.

In addition to representing his clients in both state and federal courts, Nick has represented businesses before administrative agencies such as the New York Division of Human Rights, New York Public Service Commission, and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. He is also a skilled appellate advocate who has successfully briefed and argued appeals before the Appellate Division of the New York Supreme Court.
