Alycia Crowell

Alycia Crowell is an experienced property management professional with a diverse background in leasing, marketing, and customer service. Currently serving as an Assistant Property Manager at Phillips Management Group since April 2019, Alycia previously worked as a Leasing Specialist at Hawthorne Residential Partners and as an Assistant Manager at Bell Partners Inc., where key responsibilities included leasing apartments, providing excellent resident service, and conducting marketing activities. Alycia's earlier experience includes a role in delegate acquisition and sponsorship sales at IQPC Exchange, and managing an extended day program at Buena Vista Elementary School. Alycia holds an Associate’s Degree in Art/Art Studies from Greenville Technical College and has also attended the University of South Carolina Upstate.
