Erika Anderson has diverse experience working in various roles in the service industry and healthcare field. At Phil's BBQ, Erika serves as a shift leader and trainer in both cashier and bartender positions, showcasing excellent interpersonal communication skills. In their role as an Emergency Medical Technician at Air Care International Ambulance Ground Transport Division, Erika provided professional care to patients in high-stress situations. Currently, as an Emergency Department Technician at SCRIPPS MEMORIAL HOSPITAL-ENCINITAS, Erika supports other practitioners and performs direct patient care tasks to improve efficiency and patient care. Erika also works as a Lift Technician in patient logistics to further aid in improving patient care and support in the Emergency Department.
