Virginia Snyder

Virginia Snyder is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Global Director of HR Shared Services at PHINIA since July 2023, Virginia previously held the position of Human Resources Director for HR Services in Mexico at BorgWarner Inc. from October 2020 to July 2023. Prior roles at Delphi Technologies included HR Director of Operations for the Americas and Senior HR Manager. Virginia's career began at Delphi in June 1996, where responsibilities encompassed comprehensive HR activities for 2,100 employees in Cd. Juarez, Mexico. Virginia holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from UTEP, completed between 2000 and 2003.
