Micaela Diaz

Micaela Diaz currently serves as Field HR and IT Talent Acquisition Specialist at Phinx Lab since April 2022. Prior experience includes a role in the interview team for epidemiological research and traveler monitoring at Gobierno de la Ciudad de Bs. As. Ministerio de Salud from August to November 2021, and as an IT Recruiter at Manage Resources Recursos Humanos from May to October 2021. Micaela holds a degree in Psychology (Licenciada en Psicología) from the University of Buenos Aires, along with several specialized training certifications in cognitive behavioral therapy and aviation psychology, among others. Prior language training includes an English degree from Network English Institute.
