JIM BAUGH

Jim Baugh is an accomplished consultant in the sports and fitness industry, serving as the President of Jim Baugh Consulting since January 2006 and as the Founder of PHIT America since January 2013. Baugh's extensive career includes leadership roles such as President of the Tennis Industry Association from 2004 to 2006 and President of WILSON SPORTING GOODS COMPANY from 1997 to 2003. Prior experience encompasses General Manager and Vice President of the Wilson Sporting Goods Racquet Sports Division (1987-1996), Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Prince Sports (1977-1983), and Sales Representative at Converse (1974-1976). Baugh's educational background includes attendance at Rider University, where studies were pursued from 1968 to 1974.
