Maggie (Ching Nga) Ngai has a range of work experience in various roles. In 2013, they worked as an Executive Assistant at Conpak CPA Limited for two years. From 2015 to 2016, they served as a Membership Relations Executive at FEDERATION OF HONG KONG INDUSTRIES. In 2017, they worked as a Student Assistant at the University of Mannheim, first in the Dean's Office and later for the EFA 2017 event. Later, they pursued a Master's Degree in Management (MMM) with a focus on Businesses Management, Marketing, Communications, and Consulting at the University of Mannheim from 2016 to 2018. Additionally, they participated in an Exchange Programme in Business Studies at the University of Tampere in 2012. Maggie also obtained a certification in Advanced Product and Marketing analytics with SQL from SQL Habit in 2020.
