Ahmad Khodabocus has over 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries. Ahmad started their career as a lecturer at the University of Mauritius before transitioning to roles in process engineering, research, and development at companies like Boehringer Ingelheim Chemicals, Gilead Alberta ULC, and AMPAC Fine Chemicals. In their most recent role at Phlow Corporation, they serve as the Director of Process Chemistry. Throughout their career, Ahmad has been involved in various aspects of process development, tech transfers, oversight of commercial production, and team leadership.

Ahmad Khodabocus earned a high school certificate from College du St Esprit in 1980. Ahmad then went on to obtain a BSc Hons in Chemistry from The University of Manchester in 1985. Subsequently, they completed their PhD in Organic Chemistry from The University of Manchester in 1988. Following that, Ahmad pursued a Post Doctoral Fellowship in Organic Synthesis at the University of Alberta from 1988 to 1991. Additionally, they hold a certification in Six Sigma Green Belt.
