Scott Elsbernd, MS, BSN, RN, NEA-BC, PED-BC has extensive experience in healthcare leadership and clinical roles. Scott currently serves as the Vice President of Acute Care Services at Phoenix Children's, starting in August 2022. Prior to their current position, they worked at Children's Minnesota for almost two decades. Scott Elsbernd, MS, BSN, RN, NEA-BC, PED-BC, received their Associate of Science in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Northeast Iowa Community College from 2001 to 2003. Scott then pursued their Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Metro State University from 2004 to 2007. Scott furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Science degree in Nursing and Healthcare Administration from the University of Minnesota from 2009 to 2011.
