Greg Fannin has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Greg began their career at SunTrust Bank in 2005 as a Technical Lead and Software Engineer, where they played a crucial role in designing and improving the Risk Analytics and Data Reporting system. Greg also developed integration components for a wire transfer initiation web application.
From 2012 to 2013, Greg worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Channel Intelligence, responsible for developing .NET C# applications for acquiring reporting data related to customer online sales.
Greg then joined SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment in 2013 as a Software Engineer, where they redesigned and rewrote their Product Configuration System as a Windows Presentation Foundation desktop application.
In 2015, Greg worked at CCMC Inc. as a Senior Programmer Analyst, analyzing loan servicing system release notes and making adjustments to internal databases and financial data integration software.
Later the same year, they joined Tech USA Government Solutions, LLC and Abacus Technology Corporation as a Software Developer, working on projects related to NASA's Kennedy Space Center. Greg utilized modern web application technologies and contributed to various web applications.
In 2018, Greg became a Senior Software Engineer at SAIC, where they contributed to the design, development, and testing of modifications to the Paging and Area Warning System. Greg also made significant improvements to the configuration of the WSO2 API Manager framework.
Additionally, they worked at Alegeus Technologies, LLC in 2018 as a Senior Software Engineer, delivering updates to the Wealthcare Administration core platform web APIs.
In 2020, Greg joined Aerotek as a Software Design/Development Engineer before transitioning to a permanent Senior Software Engineer role at Phoenix Logistics, Inc. Greg was responsible for software analysis, development, and converting the Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capability program simulation software from contracting through Aerotek to a permanent position at Phoenix Logistics.
Throughout their career, Greg has worked with various technologies, including Java, C#, ASP.NET, and different web application frameworks.
Greg Fannin obtained their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Computer Science from the University of Central Florida. Greg attended the university from 1987 to 1989. Later, from 1994 to 1997, Greg pursued higher education at the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College, where they earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA). Their MBA specialization revolved around Management and Finance.
